Delivery

At shop.wbp.ee you can choose the following methods of delivery:

• Pickup - A quick way to get the goods from the warehouse at Vesse 9a, Tallinn. Opening hours Mon-Fri 9:00 - 19:00, Sat-Sun by agreement, phone: +372 505 9259.
  
• Delivery in Tallinn - delivery of goods only within the borders of Tallinn within 1-2 working days.

At the moment, delivery outside Tallinn, unfortunately, is not available.

Terms of delivery

If the item details indicate "On Order: 2-3 work days", it means that the goods arrive at WBP OÜ warehouse within 2-3 working days after payment of the order. In case the buyer chose the delivery method "Delivery in Tallinn", by the time of delivery, 1-2 working days are added.
The purchaser bears the shipping cost and the respective price information is displayed next to the shipping method.

Payment Methods

• Bank transfer - the buyer will see the information about the requisites when registering the order and also in a letter to the e-mail specified by the buyer after the order confirmation. In the explanation for the payment, you must specify the order number. The order will not be processed until the money is received on our checking account.
• Bank link - you can pay by Estonian bank links (Swedbank, SEB, Luminor, Danske, LHV Pank, Coop Pank). Payment is made outside the e-store in a secure environment - by paying the bank link in a secure environment of the respective bank.  The WBP OÜ company does not have access to the customer's bank information.
